Rebound boards are now a staple of sessions. This success is explained by the multitude of possible educational uses. Illustrations in this article.
The presence of rebound boards on training grounds isn't a revolution. Rather, it's a development demanded by the players themselves. This isn't particularly surprising considering the diversity of possible uses and the originality of the possible content. Circuits, situations, exercises, and games—the boards can be used in all kinds of training activities.
Circuits:
No more queues where children line up in a row waiting for the coach to be in position to play a "supporting role" or request a "1-2" in the circuit. Two or three boards positioned in the right places ensure fluidity and repetition of the movements being worked on. The coach then only has to concentrate on the technical execution of the players in action.
