“A unique workspace". Individual physical trainer for international players and the Haitian national team, Alexandre Dellal visited the "Shared training center" in Clermont for the second time. In Auvergne, the youth players of Clermont Foot 63 (Ligue 2) share the premises with those of ASM rugby (Top 14) in an unprecedented partnership/cooperative. "I find this initiative very enriching because it creates a work dynamic between two sports with different methodologies, particularly concerning the approach to strength work. This common space allows these two entities to have a workplace that is both airy and equipped with all the high-tech equipment", observes the specialist. In addition to sharing the weights room, the youth players from Auvergne benefit from permanent exchanges between the two staffs. "Shared reflections and daily dialogues lift each player up, whether it be the educators, the medical staff and especially the players. This unprecedented cohabitation creates an incredible emulation.”
